Bento sushi box plate

This is the bento box style lunch I made for myself and my parents yesterday. It included a carrot condiment (to replace the ginger topping for sushi), fried capsicum and carrot, boiled noodles with soy sauce, and my home-style avocado, Japanese tuna, capsicum and mayonnaise sushis. The carrot was made with a lot of lemon juice, a tbs of sesame oil, two carrots, soy sauce, sugar and salt! I would have to have preferred not to have any sesame oil or soy sauce to make it more like the ginger condiment, but it tasted lovely anyway!
