le cerf et la chouette's original thai soup recipe!

This is for whenever you only have 15 minutes to spare at lunch or when you have NO IDEA what to eat!

You will need:

• rice noodles
• red curry paste
• carrot
• chicken stock
• corn (not pictured, it came to me later!)
• garlic and
• capsicum

I know this may sound slack, but you just need to add as much of everything as you see fit. Maybe I like mine spicier than yours, and therefore you should find out how YOU like to make this soup!!
